LOS ANGELES — Lanark Development Company has been awarded a Master Contract with the State of Minnesota to provide construction auditing services to the Minnesota Department of Administration, Real Estate and Construction Services. The contract term runs through September 2028.
Under the Master Contract, Lanark will provide services in four areas:
- Construction Auditing
- Contract Compliance Audit
- Project Close-Out Audit
- Special Tasks
About Lanark
Lanark provides construction risk management and development advisory services to lenders, investors and public agencies, including pre-closing plan and cost review, construction monitoring and draw review, and owner’s representation for publicly funded projects.
